The venue has marvellous and incredible setting in North Beach district short walk to the Marriott Residence Inn- Surfside and so many delicious restaurants.

The views of the ocean from the Crystal Beach Suites were absolutely stunning. I loved waking up to the sight and sound of the waves crashing against the shore. One morning, I had a delightful chat with the morning clerk who went out of his way to make sure my room switch was handled smoothly. It was a thoughtful touch that really made my day.

The initial room I was assigned had a strong mildew smell and the air conditioning wasn't effective.

I came here with my kids. I got a room with a bathtub. Perfect and excellent location - walking distance to everywhere I needed. Miami International airport was hardly 37 minutes away by car.

I chose this hotel for its location near Miami Beach Boardwalk and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful front desk staff's willingness to assist with finding local attractions and dining options. The nearby restaurants, featuring memorabilia from music legends, provided a unique and enjoyable dining experience.

Room size was smaller than expected.

I thoroughly enjoyed this absolutely great place, stayed there for 4 nights. The jewel in the crown was attentive staff. Incredible position was an added bonus. Besides, it was close to O Cinema Miami Beach. I ate at a convenient restaurant.

The bed was way too hard, that's my bad luck.

The staff were all pretty friendly, exceptionally nice. It was in the very central location near the beach. It was also near to near by restaurants and the free trolley that runs back.

Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect setting, it's very close to restaurants and supermarket, the beach, restaurants and shopping, and bars. North Beach district deserves to be explored.

Spent 4 nights here with my family, had a very pleasant stay overall. The very helpful and attentive staff was much appreciated.

Shame the bathroom was dirty.

The rooms were updated with kitchenette, the staff were very amiable and extremely helpful.

I chose this hotel for a town hall meeting and the staff made my stay the best. They were incredibly accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed for a productive work trip. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby dining options.

I missed having a dedicated business center for printing and copying documents for my work meetings.

We had a good stay thanks to hotel's attentive and helpful staff. Amazing location to attractions like North Beach Bandshell, that was so close to the property. We did not want to leave there, couldn't recommend more.

stayed at crystal beach suites miami oceanfront, and the location was perfect, about 50 feet from the beach. the room was clean and had a cute little kitchen area, great for families. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially the 3rd shift guy who provided lots of information about hot spots and transportation options. The beach attendants were also a nice touch, providing chairs and umbrellas for guests.

Nothing, all great! 😊

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would return there.
